Westbound UP 3985 and The Missouri River Eagle Train |
Description: |
UP 3985 arrived early into Kansas City Union Station tonight on UP Train SSDKC 10, which was today's segment of the Missouri River Eagle. I asked Steve Lee to keep the dynamo going and the headlight on a little while longer while we took a few night shots--he was happy to oblige. Out of all the days this thing has been around Missouri recently, this was the night I really wanted to shoot her, since seeing a hot UP steam engine after dark is a somewhat uncommon treat. |
