BEEP BEEP! The one of a kind rebuild of a Baldwin Locomotive Works VO-1000 switcher with a 16 cylinder EMD 567 Prime Mover and a GP7 hood rests at the shops after a tiresome career switching ATSF and BNSF yards, industries, and shops, the Beep's career is over. The unit received the nickname since it is basically a "Baldwin Geep". As couple shop employees walked past, one said to Dane and I, "Hail to the Beep, she's goin' down!"
