This is ex-CSX 950 and was nearly complete at GE in Erie, PA when CSX delayed their order for 50 ES44AC's due to the economic downturn (or in this case, the economic firey tailspin). 512 gets IAIS paint, but 513 gets a Rock Island Heritage Scheme. |
