Here's an Alstom Rebuild leading UP Train ZLDYC 16. I crossed paths with the 6026 on 12-5-04 in a cold rain storm about a quarter mile south of here. This engine was destroyed on 11-24-05 at Momence, IL at Pence Interlocking when a southbound UP Train and an eastbound NS Train collided. Nobdody was killed, but UP 1385, UP 1485, UP 1800, and UP 2658 from the UP Train were scrapped on site, as well as NS 9443 and CN 6026, and a Guilford Unit, MEC 375, the engines from the NS Train.
