David Mead	General	I like the unusual blue and grey combination livery on this loco. The overall shot is also interesting as you have been able to include the somewhat run-down looking environment. TRANSCAER-UP-Dow Safety Train
The 2008 TRANSCAER Training Tour is seen at the UP Yard Office in Poplar Bluff while it is parked for hazmat training courses for local first responders. UP 4141 did the honors of moving the train around on the UP, and the train arrived on 4-17-08 as UP Train SNLPF 16. It will depart on 4-27-08 for West Frankfort, IL as UP Train SPFWF 27.
