Northbound Amtrak Texas Eagle Train #21 |
Description: |
People board and deboard at the depot, and most importantly, a smoke break occured. The guy in the white shirt and the cap by the first car, furthest away from the train, was from San Antonio, a road foreman, he was wearing a Mercedes Benz Cap...who says railroaders aren't well paid, lol. The assistant engineer was looking back for Engineer Bubba, who went and got their breakfast from the dining car, ah yes, passenger railroading is alive and well in Poplar Bluff, Missouri today! |

Title: |
Southbound Amtrak Texas Eagle Train #21 |
Description: |
The train arrived at 3:12 A.M., 2 hours and 10 minutes late. The crew had Engineer Steve on it and the assistant engineer I know. When they left he tossed me a couple sets of ear plugs for the Steak 'N Shake Milkshakes I gave them. The South and Northbound Texas Eagles met in the depot here tonight! |
