Description:  "Flood Power" engine move, UP Train UP Train EJCKCB 21, rolls around the wye at Adams Street Interlocking on the KCT with 9 units: SP 187, FXE 4672, UP 4779, UP 9470, UP 5125, UP 6218, UP 4544, UP 2268, FXE 4609.

These units have spent the past few days between Kansas City and Jefferson City, MO as extra power on coal trains detouring over the UP Sedalia Sub. since the UP River Sub. is closed due to flooding. Here the engines are returning to UP 18th Street Yard in Kansas City, KS from Jeff City, where they are cut out of coal train consists, only to be sent back here to repeat the process.
