Roster shot of UP 1988 at 1st Street in Kansas City. She looks about as good as I've ever seen her--and I think I shot her the 4th day the cab card had been signed since she hit the UP again after arriving back from the WSOR. Here you can see they repainted the underframe, and no, they didn't just clean it, as you can see silver overspray on the wheels. I wish the UP 1982 would get the same treatment, as its underframe looks downright crappy, especially on the engineer's side.
