Description:  Rolling down the UP Jonesboro Sub. is UP Train AINAR 07 with an Ex-CR, Nee-PRR 6052 SD40, built in 2-66 leading. This was the scene of an accident last Sunday on 9-30-07, Stoddard County Highway D at MP 45.65 on the UP Jonesboro Sub. when UP Train KMNOA 30 with UP 4105 leading struck a tractor trailer loaded with cotton. The truck exploded and set the spilled diesel and cotton on fire, along with a mile or so of the ROW. The cotton was still smoldering a week later in a couple spots.

The lead unit was built from a former Trona Railway SD45-2. Had this been a year ago it would still be in Trona Railway Paint, oh well, now it looks like a Mo-Pac.

Description:  Today I went and caught UP Train ZMXYC 31 with 2002 which is 1 of the Olympic Units and an Unpatched SP on the head end. The 2 front units were both huge treavs! In about 25 days, UP 2448 would go on to be part of a 9 unit light engine movement ETUWCB 25 and derailed at San Timeteo Canyon, California and was to be scrapped.
