Description:  Headed towards UP 18th Street Yard is UP Train YKS87X 03 with 2 Ferromex GEV°'s and a LLPX Geep. Note the "ghetto mesh" debris guards on the FXE power over the windows. The guards flipped up over then numberboards come down to cover the windshield when in bad neighborhoods in that lawless country to our south.

Title:  Northbound Auto Train With FXE 4612 and FXE 4614 ES44AC GEVO's
Description:  Headed under US Highway 60 was UP Train ATXASX 08 with a couple Ferromex Locomotives up front. Pretty cool since it's not common for them to be the sole power for trains this far north. They brought some warm Mexican air with them since it was around 70 degrees today.

Description:  Taking an unusual routing out of KC is UP Train AAMKB 25 on the KCT at Union Station. Usually this train takes the high line out and turns south onto the BNSF Ft. Scott Sub. and gets on the UP Parsons Sub. at Paola. Today it takes the KCT to Sheffield where it will get on the UP KC Metro Sub. to the UP Coffeyville Sub. to Paola and then the Parsons Sub.

Title:  Westbound UP Light Engine Movement
Description:  "Flood Power" engine move, UP Train UP Train EJCKCB 21, rolls around the wye at Adams Street Interlocking on the KCT with 9 units: SP 187, FXE 4672, UP 4779, UP 9470, UP 5125, UP 6218, UP 4544, UP 2268, FXE 4609.

These units have spent the past few days between Kansas City and Jefferson City, MO as extra power on coal trains detouring over the UP Sedalia Sub. since the UP River Sub. is closed due to flooding. Here the engines are returning to UP 18th Street Yard in Kansas City, KS from Jeff City, where they are cut out of coal train consists, only to be sent back here to repeat the process.

Description:  Rolling through KCT Troost is UP Train MKCAS 05 as a BNSF Uransfer waits at Lydia to get out of KCS Knoche Yard.

Due to track and time at Southwest Jct., this train came out of the west end of UP Neff Yard and went "around the world" today va the KC West Bottoms before heading east on the KCT.
